As your business grows and you’re capable of producing more oil, we are here to help you increase your productivity with our filling and capping machines. Here are two comparisons showing the difference that you can save over time using our machines rather than filling by hand.
If you are producing 10,000 cartridges per month, here is a comparison to the
:
Fill by Hand
CFS-1000M
2 cartridges per minute
20 cartridges per minute
120 cartridges per hour
1200 cartridges per hour
83.33 hours needed to produce 10,000 cartridges
8.33 hours needed to produce 10,000 cartridges
Labor total at $15/hour = $1250.00
Labor total at $15/hour = $125
Difference in Labor Costs: $1125
Payback Time: 11.11 months
Year 1 ROI: $1,012.50
Year 2 ROI: $13,500
If you are producing 25,000 cartridges per month, here is a comparison to the
:
Fill by Hand
CFS-1500C
2 cartridges per minute
16.6 cartridges per minute
120 cartridges per hour
1500 cartridges per hour
208.33 hours needed to produce 25,000 cartridges
16.66 hours needed to produce 25,000 cartridges
Labor total at $15/hour = $3125.00
Labor total at $15/hour = $250
Difference in Labor Costs: $2875
Payback Time:  10.6 months
Year 1 ROI: $4025
Year 2 ROI: $34,500
In addition, you can be assured that each cartridge will get accurately filled to ±.005g for half gram cartridges. Consistent, accurate filling saves your time and your product costs.

Using a needle to inject concentrate into a pre-roll, it is necessary to keep the concentrate at the optimum temperature so that it can flow freely through the delivery system, and ultimately through the needle for accurate placement of the concentrate within the pre-roll. Some concentrates have the tendency to freeze or nearly freeze up in the needle because the needle is exposed to the room environment, which could be cooler than expected, especially during the hot months of summer. At Credence, we continually look for issues like this and come up with ways to prevent them from causing lost product or downtime. The PRI-600 pre-roll infusion machine has a 4” long needle and is therefore prone to allow the concentrate inside to freeze if there is a long delay between pre-roll infusions. To alleviate this problem, we attached our patented needle heater to a spring-loaded beam that holds the needle down at the needle tip just above the needle port holes. As the pre-roll is raised by the system elevator, it makes contact with the bottom surface of the needle heater and pushes it upward as the needle enters. Heat is generated throughout the needle as it goes up and down on each cycle, keeping the internal concentrate liquid flowing smoothly. We added another software feature where, if there is a delay by a predefined time in infusing the next pre-roll, the elevator automatically raises slowly while a warning blinks on the screen. The elevator raises until the needle point is within the pre-roll fixture and then increases speed up and down until the operator presses the CLR (Clear) button to continue infusing. This keeps the concentrate in the needle at a liquid state while the operator is away and keeps the PRI-600 always ready to run production.

Rosin comes from an extraction process that uses heat and pressure to squeeze cannabis into a resinous sap. Unlike hydrocarbon extraction methods, it doesn’t use solvents such as butane to help extract the cannabinoids and terpenes.     The major benefits of rosin are the result of not using solvents. First at the production level, there is not an extra step to remove the solvents. There is no need for extensive testing to make sure that all solvents have [...]

Introducing our newest addition to our product line: the CMS-3000 array attachment. The Credence Mobile Shot extends any of our filling machines so that you can easily fill cartridges packed in a foam array without unpacking and repacking. The extension line connects to the filling machine and is operated with a hand held grip. A push button at the top of the grip turns on the pump cycle. The grip also contains a needle heater inside for maintaining the proper temperature for the needle, which [...]
